Refund Policy

All products are printed and embroidered to order. This means that unless there is a fault with the item, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you have checked the sizing guide before making a purchase.

If you received a damaged, incorrect or misprinted item, please sent an email to contact@vesionaries.com with a picture of the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Vesionaries cannot be held responsible for any custom fees, taxes, delays or any lost or stolen items. If this should occur, we will do all we can to help resolve the issue. It is however the buyers responsibility to liaise with any shipping carrier.
